This is pretty much my exact problem, but with some key differences. If you read the article, the answer you’ll already know is that a certain windows update (KB977074) is at fault.
However, in my windows update history, no such update appears in my history. So basically, now what for me?
Also it should be noted that the person asking the original question says they had no problems with their Logitech MX518 mouse, but that is the same mouse I’m experiencing this problem with. Device Manager said my drivers are up to date.
