I have a tradition that every year I get my husband some book, movie, game etc. that he can’t remember the title for. He’ll tell me about this awesome book that he read as a teen, and I spend hours trying to find it before Christmas.
So, the search begins……. A movie this year. Can the Teeming Millions help me make my husband’s Christmas awesome?
Produced in the eighties or early seventies. The basic plot was about some kids who would sneak out of the house every night and play a game where they would pick someone to be ‘it’. The ‘It’ would have to run through this barn/warehouse/abandoned building and ring a bell at the top of a tower. The other kids would try to “kill” him by slashing at him with markers. A marker mark to the face/arm/visible skin was a ‘wound’ and would have to be worn to school the next day as punishment. I think the last one without a mark was the winner.
Also there was something about a teacher who was drugging one of the kids, and then sent some ninja fighters in to kill the rest of the kids. In the end the kids won and all were happy and something like that.
He thought the title was something like “Night Ninjas” or “Night Fighters” but all he could find was porn.
Anyone have any idea?
