That makes think of the saying “I am the Genie of the Lamp” but I don’t actually recall where exactly I heard it…

Would it be a cartoon, involving a greedy Daffy who finds a lamp? This is whence comes “Hassan chop!” and " down down down, go go go, mine mine mine" as he tries to stuff the genie back in? Probably not, but that’s immediately what I thought of.
That’s it! I love that movie too. What gave it away?

Could be in other movies, but A Christmas Story was the one I was thinking of.

I thought of the Daffy clip but THAT made me wonder if it was parodying an earlier movie as the Warner Brother cartoons were prone to do.
