I would say Superbad had a lot more handjob references in it than Rushmore did, but it has been a while since I’ve seen Rushmore.
There was a movie called Frozen Assets where Shelley Long and Corbin Benson were running a sperm bank. I haven’t actually seen it but I’m guessing the humor was around that level.
