I have seen some bad shows in my day. And more than a few have been on Mtv. But I don’t even understand what this show is about. It seems like they are trying to see how many people (and not very attractive people at that) they can get to hop in the sack together in a half hour.
There is not even a story. 2 people are in a room togetherm then they have sex. Thats the story. I think this is all the failed actors and actresses in the US just happy to be on TV. The kids in my high school drama club were more believable actora than these flunkies.
And they have marathons of this crap every weekend? Wheres the music videos?
Do people like this show? Really?
i sometimes watch this show…it’s somehow strangely compelling. all those horrific actors. you think you’ve seen some bad acting like on commercials, and on unsolved mysteries reenactments, etc, but then you watch “undressed” and realize that this is as bad as it can possibly get.
the show is genius, actually. they take the worst actors in the world, give them no plot and stilted lines, and then make it be about SEX. it just makes you feel so believable and un-slutty, sitting there on your couch.
Its pretty much that low budget soft core porn on Skinamax and Showtime, but without the soft core porn.
Actually youre watchiung reruns probably … there is some plot … but it takes forever to see it
One plot was these twin girls were in college … one is straight and one was a lesiban the lesiban one decided one night to act like her sister and sleep with her sisters boyfriend when he was drunk
Straight sister was a virgin and was putting off being intimate …
So straight sister decided to go after the girl l gay sister liked …
Well the boy turned out to be a jerk and straight sister and the girl she went after decided to be friends
Plot line number 2 was the two brothers that were hiding the fact both of them were gay so brother number one secret bf diecide to get number 2 drunk and well ya know and it all came out …
they also had a few hs plots also… like the snooty social queen was doing a project with the geek and they ended up in love
The last hs plot i seen before they quit the original showings was this girl was grounded and couldnt see him and a boy was passing notes betwen the two and the girl and the messenger was starting to like each other
It was cheesy and i watched way to much of this show waiting for love line
But once a story line was done the usually switched characters to a new one and they usually showed 2 or 3 going at once and sometimes ya wouldnt see one ya were following for days at a time … so unless ya came in at the beginning of one ya were lost
This will come as a suprise to many but MTV is pretty much a whore. They will put almost anything on for the almighty buck. SEX sells to young teens so they have young people having sex.
They probably also assume that most teens have no real attention spans so to include a plot would be a complication that would just cost money since they would have to hire real writers. The same goes for good actors. That costs money so they do an open casting call for young looking actors who are willing to show their underwear and then pay them scale.
The show is a real champion of good writing that is for sure. The one I saw last night had this basketball girl and her buddy or some shit getting it on in the locker room. The girls boyfriend came in and talked for a sec, then the other guy came out of the locker and they got it on.
After words he said “You orgasmed. Your not suposed to orgasm. Its gonna ruin your game”
I guess throwing words like orgasm, lesbian, gay, balls, girls kissing, guys kissing, whatever else…makes the show entertaining for people who have never had sex.
And god the acting is SO bad. And none of the girls are even hot.
My sister loves the show. I caught bits and pieces of it while she was watching and I was trying to read.
The only ones I remember were a girl getting her nipples pierced and one where this girl borrows her friend’s vibrator or something.
Those late night marathons on weekends are good time killers when I can’t sleep and the board hamsters are extra cranky. Kind of MTV’s version of the Yule log, something cheap to show when they know few people are watching, and those of us who are aren’t that picky. Hey, it beats infomercials, barely.
Hmm, I guess now’s not the time to tell you to keep an eye out for me in the upcoming season. Seriously, though, the writing has really improved. It’s like a whole new show. Really. There’s an episode about an exchange students pretending to go out with the host family’s son, who is really gay, and then there’s one about a girl who has sex with a boy but then it turns out he’s a jerk and she deeply regrets it. It’ll blow you out of the water.
