I was assuming the problem was insufficient maintenance.
That was my thought too as boating season would have begun during lockdown and many owners may have skipped it.
I hate Trump but I’m a boating safety advocate and I can’t get my joys off boats sinking. I can assume that alcohol is also a factor.

It is comical that boats sunk, but they sunk because there were so many boats out there to support Trump that it created choppy conditions. I doubt if any Democratic president would have had the same kind of support.

“Decorate your boats in patriotic colors and fly as many Trump flags as she can handle,” it continued. “Let’s really make a statement!”
Somehow, I doubt that was the statement they meant to make.
