This morning.
It didn’t heal perfectly. The top of the ‘b’ needs to be redone (my fault, I kept the bandage on too long.) and some of the lines look more dotted now. Some color loss and line degradation is to be expected though, so I’m not overly upset about it.
It is the signature of Elizabeth I. It’s not from any earth shattering document or anything, just the one I thought was most attractive. I think this was signed in her 50’s. My friend is just getting started out and offered to tattoo me for free if I would let him show off his lettering work. I figured a tattoo of Elizabeth’s signature would be badass and I was right. I love it, especially under that star.
