I’ve been told by an aquaintance (aka: the stupidist man I’ve ever met) that some pro wrestlers have muscle implants to give them a more massive look about the neck/shoulders without the weight-lifting or steroids. This idea seems absurd to me, but he has a way of telling tales that may have some grain of truth to them… and when you look at a wrestler like Goldberg the thought could cross your mind. I still realistly think it’s BS, and would like to know how many concur.

I don’t know about neck implants but men are definitely getting some types of muscle implants.
