There is a distinctive song that was played during both Alien 4 and Starship Troopers movie trailers. Does anyone know what it is?
I’ve been wondering about this too. Whatever it is, it’s not on the Starship Troopers soundtrack. Is it a really short song that gets played on alternative radio a lot? If it’s the one I’m thinking of, it has very few lyrics and is fast-paced. Is that the one you’re talking about?
If I’m thinking of the right song (I remember it being in the TV spots for Starship Troopers, but don’t remember it being used for Alien4), it’s by Blur and is called Song 2.
Incidentally, the band Haujobb made a great track called A-4 Main Title before they made the movie. They just liked the franchise and wanted to make a dark classical theme for a movie that had never been made.
