Bonus points for the first time you describe an attorney’s pleading as “execrable.”
…and now, you will learn, Grasshopper, that after all you have done to get where you are… three years of law school hell, two months of diligent and gut-wrenching study for the Bar Exam, two or three days of torture taking the exam, and the pain of waiting for the results…
…all of this teaches you virtually NOTHING about the actual practice of law.
The learning curve over the next 1-to-5 years is steep, my friend… be patient and diligent.
