Wow, finally! I’ll be honest – things have gone wrong so often in my endeavor to get this damn book published, I was just sort of assuming this one, too, was going to blow up in my face, and I was just wondering exactly what form the explosion would take. I mean, I’ve had four freaking contracts with publishers (including this one) and still no publication of my book… but…umm…
It’s still not really genuinely out yet — I have yet to hold a copy in my hand, you can’t order it and have it shipped to you by Friday, etc — so there’s still some room for something to gang agly. But I’ve never gotten this far with it before.
Apologies to the moderators if links to the thing oughta be restricted to The Marketplace (and feel free to break the link if you want); you can’t do anything but wishfully pre-order anyhow. It’s scheduled to make its debut March 15 (or 16 according to Amazon which may not permit Sunday debuts).

The rule for books here is that an author is free to post about their book in Cafe Society so that they can share news, get feedback, etc. Cafe Society is not for self-promotion, though. If you want to promote the book or provide a link to where folks can buy it, that’s what the Marketplace is for.

I first saw my ISBN when Amazon posted a notice about my first book. My publisher hadn’t given me a publication date or the ISBN. Amazon is the Distant Early Warning system for authors.
