My cat Shadow loves Mexican, Thai, Indian, and Italian food. Spicy is not a problem. I think he was a restauranteur in a past life. He has chewed through plastic to eat a hole in a loaf of bread. He also enjoys cantaloupe, avocadoes (even the skin!), and tomatoes. Weirdo.
Our cats must’ve been separated at birth. Emma goes NUTS when we have salad. And not because of the cheese or other things we’ve added to it, but because of the lettuce. She loves the lettuce leaves.
Yes, cats is definitely weird!
Lettuce, spinach, peas, anything with a high level of green-ness. They just kill for it.
We just got a 4 month old kitty a couple weeks ago named Mara so we are just discovering what kinds of weird food she eats. Right now she perks herself up about every time we go into the kitchen, stretches out on the side of the cabinet doors and has to have a sample of everything. She hasn’t turned her nose up at much just yet. She really enjoyed my caramel ice cream earlier tonight though. But that’s not all together surprising. I’m waiting for her to knock over my vodka tonic so she can eat the lemon, or something like that.

I don’t know what sort of paper towels my ex had, but they did a super job absorbing the puddles of ice-cream kitty-poo!
