He is flirting
You should do something about it (be discreet if you are worried about co-workers’ gossip)
Enjoy the moment - meeting someone new, and getting that fist glimpse of a person’s (private) personality is fantastic.
By the way, I kind of see where this is headed from you OP:
LOL! sili, you crack me up! I had no idea there was such a huge Freudian slip in my OP. Well, I guess it just shows what I really want to do.
And Swiddles, I really wish there was causal dating. It would make my life so much more interesting. It’s catching on though, but I doubt my mailman knows that.
The way that I’ve always looked at it (and trust me, I’ve had some doozy choices in this area to make) is if you really feel that you have a chance at happiness with someone, grab it (not IT but you know what I mean). No on will fault you for that.
Swedish reply since it’s untranslateable anyway: Bjud honom på fika, det är ofarligt men kan leda till något mer. Frågar man om en date med middag, bio och hela köret blir folk stressade. Fika är perfekt.
Heh, it doesn’t mean “p…y” It means going to a café, relax and drink non-alcohol beverages and talk. Since it doesn’t involve alcohol I suspect you danes don’t know anything about it
Nope, wouldnt have a clue as to what youre on about
Howcome you swedes think we drink our brains out just coz we can buy our booze where we want to when we want to and buy as much as we want to and dont have to go to the “systembolag” if you wanna see REALLY drunk people… go to copenhagen on a saturday night and find the swedish tourists… they totally cant handle the fact that they can buy beer at a regular supermarket so they go here and get fucking SMASHED! lol!
Skümmet, yeah we can’t behave ourselves… “It’s beer, and it’s good beer, and it’s cheap, and I can buy it anywhere! I must be in heaven!” OTOH Systembolaget is good too, they have alot to select from.
I did it. I went out of my way to be the ever so charming soda, and I even got up a little early to see if I could enhance my apperance (believe me, the postal uniform is not very becoming). What happens you ask? Nothing! It was like pouring water on a goose.
I’m very offended. But, I am also very patient. I’ll bide my time and knock him over when he least expects it. That’ll show him to flirt with me on such an un-regular basis.
