Probably. Our neighbor’s border collie will do the same thing when she’s too excited.

Humping things in all sexes of dog is (IIRC) a dominance thing, female dogs who hump other dogs male or female are asserting their dominance.
Or maybe she’s just up for it.
I wouldn’t worry. My dogs Bobby Ranger and Gideon Louis hump each other all the time and they’re neutered, thus rendering them asexual. I was pretty embarrassed when we took Bobby Ranger to adopt Gideon Louis though. The visit went well, they played nice, we were approved to take G.L. home, we walked out to the car and B.R. started humping away. They hump from all angles, too. The hind quarters, the head, the sides - they just hump and hump. I’m pretty sure they aren’t gay though.
I don’t think this makes her a lesbian. Perhaps a male dog trapped in a female dog’s body?

My dog is bisexual, since she humps both males and females alike. Also, she definitely likes it when the boys lick her “down there.” I discovered this one day ewhen I walked into the kitchen and caught them in the act. Catching your dogs in the middle of oral sex is, believe it or not, incredibly awkward.
