Ten contestants take it in turns to have to have to have nails inserted into their noses or dangle weights from their nether regions. Winner gets his/her own hour long Fox special

I believe that we have a show like that already on Sky TV here in Britain. I can’t remember the name of the top of my head - but something like “They shouldn’t show it on TV!!”
