I bought a new car!!! After months of searching, test-driving, pricing, I finally did it. I bought a Toyota Tacoma. It’s got power steering, power brakes, AC, a cassette player AND a CD player, and a bedliner. It’s jet black and looks keewwwlll!!!
I just got out from under bone crushing debt. I’m 38 years old, and this is my first new car. I am so jazzed!!!
I’m also a little scared about how I am going to make the payments…

Congrats, spooje. Looks like a fine truck.
Take care of your new truck and it will take car of you. I bought a new Toyota pickup (pre Tacoma) in 1993 and the truck has been virtually trouble free. The only problem was a thermostat that went bad on me. Depending on union contract negotiations with my employer, a new truck is in my target this fall.
