I really feel bad for whoever was the closing manager last night at the Taco Bell that is just around the corner from me. When the restaraunt caught fire at 6 am this morning, they had been closed since two am. You have to wonder how the phone call went, to inform this person that the restaraunt was in flames. Did they have that moment of panic when they tried to remember if they had shut all the equipment off properly? Now about twenty people are unemployed. I certainly hope it was some electrical fault that no one could have predicted, because otherwise, someone is in a heap of hurt.
Now I’m begining to wonder if I turned the radio off at work when I closed…
