My Name Is Earl, 1/15/09 - "Darnell's Outing"

Tonight we find out the story behind Darnell - uh, er, Harry Monroe as his Witness Protection cover is exposed for all of Camden County.

As soon as Georgie says goodbye and tucks us in.

Here in Seattle it ended up being the re-run about his dad’s affair. I feel cheated.

Why are the best shows always fictional? I really want to see Estrada or Nada and MILF Island.

In DC, it was the dad’s affair episode at 8, and then the new episode at 8:30.

Yeah, I missed it. I set up my DVR, my cable guide had it down for half past the hour, but i got the rerun episode instead. Another thing to blame on W. Don’t let the door hit ya where the pig bit ya. :stuck_out_tongue: Well, NBC.com has the episode up. Off to the website to catch up. Did anyone get to see it? Feel free to comment.

By the way, I goofed up on the title. It’s called “Darnell Outed.” Close enough.

Ditto. Except Hulu always carries Earl so it’ll probably be up today (if it’s not already).

The episode was a “to be continued”. Does anyone know if it will be “continued” next week? Don’t want to post any spoilers, but quite the significant development!

I finally caught up with Part 1 on Hulu. I thought we could combine discussions in one thread since it’s a two-parter, continuing tonight.

They acknowledged continuity in Pt. 1 by explaining Darnell’s grandmother wasn’t his real grandmother. Otherwise Darnell couldn’t see her and remain in Witness Protection.

Mr. Turtle still hasn’t made it back home. :frowning:

Was anyone else turned on by Joy’s licking the 9-volt batteries?
