Today the dog turned on Mrs. Neighbor and drew blood. :eek: The dog has been returned to the shelter.
I feel badly for my neighbors who were given good advice about the dog and ignored it.
And I feel badly for the dog who was adopted by clueless, albeit well intentioned, people.
While I feel much safer with the dog gone, there’s a sadness. Just over a year old and already given up by two owners. Maybe he’ll never be safe to be around, but I hope he gets another chance with an experienced dog owner.
