Actually, to be totally honest about it, as a diabetic and at-kid, screw the fake crap…chocolates made for nonsugar people suck - they use a higher proportion of wax in them than cocoa butter [the stuff that melts at body temp and makes chocolates the melty orgasmic mouth teaser] so texturally they suck.
I calculated that I can actually indulge in 1 hershey’s kiss [or wrapped single dove nugget] a day without screwing myself up. Most days I don’t bother having my treat, but I know i can have one if the craving gets that strong…
Don’t torment yourself with fake chocolates, just have a single small piece of real chocolate. It is worth the self control. Quality not quantity=)
