Now, if you really want to get down and dirty, see if you can hire two or three bigass, leather, gay guys to rape him.

If he has children, make an anonymous call to the Child Protective Services accusing him of child abuse. Then do it a couple of months later and so forth. The CPS, by law, have to investigate every claim. They will clear him, but they will have a paper trail on file on him and will always consider him a person of interest.

Could this be your niece? i don’t honestly think it is, but I recommend reading the article. Her father sounds like a prick and a throwback, but as the article illustrates, he is not alone (and may actually truly believe he’s sparing his daughter).

A woman identified in court papers as Jane Doe claimed in a March lawsuit that two basketball players raped her at a May 2008 party at Townhouses, campus housing on Pershing Avenue, and that a third player came into the room where she was and assaulted her as the first two players were leaving.

Pacific spokesman Richard Rojo said Thursday that the school does not consider the incident to be a rape.

“We would call it date rape,” he said.

Rojo said the university considers “outright rape” and date rape to be different, in that date rape does not involve “a rapist jumping out of bushes and attacking people randomly.”

Just cutting and pasting some of that tripe makes me sick, but it’s all there – treating acquaintance rape as ‘not real rape’ (even though it’s the standard (eally, it should be ‘rape’ and ‘stranger rape’), questioning the (alleged) victim’s reputation, assuming that any woman who’s friendly with a man is consenting to sex, assuming consenting to sex with one person opens up the floodgates to anyone who’s game, treating rape as if it’s all about sex (meaning no handsome or popular man could ever commit it).
