The only color I’ve done in the last decade was just a more vibrant version of the color my hair already is (red sliding into auburn as I age). So I went with an unnatural, dark red this time. I really like it–but it just emphasizes how blah my hairstyle is.
Howdy from da cave! Ok, technically I’m still irkin’ for a bit, but it’s paperirky stuff I can do from here as well as anywhere and since I left a meetin’ and was closer to da cave than the orifice I chose da cave. Have notebook, will travel. 
Anywho ‘tis chillish today. The big high bein’ ONLY 52 for the day. Makes beast stew and cornbread a good option for dindin.
I wear my hair buzzed. I do not recommend that drastic of a haircut, however, Drae.

The wife is from Colorado and I’m from Dallas. 13 years ago tonite during a MNF game between the Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys our one and only child was born. I’m going home in a bit to try and make her smile as much as is humanly possible, which actually comes very easy for her. I know I had a life before these two women came into mine but it’s all very vague and fuzzy… and not just cuz of the beer. I hope everyone has a good evening, no matter how big or small your celebration.

I just et some beast stew and cornbread. YUM! OYKW will come and eat when he’s through with irk a little later on, poor thing. Tonight is Evening Prayer over to the church house so I will most likely be gone when he comes by to eat. Maybe he’ll stay the night bein’ as da cave is warmer than his old Craftsman’s style house. Don’t know why he’s so enamored of that drafty old house. Sure, it’s got a lot of cool things like built in bookcases and the like but it’s kinda hard to heat and cool even with the blown in insulation.

OMG!! **lieu **is the parent of a teenager!!! :eek: I remember our one encounter, lo these many years ago - she was a very sweet and pretty child. Hard to believe she’s just a few years away from driving!! :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
Training today was really boring, but it was only 2 hours instead of 4, so I did go to the office, and I got quite a bit done. Plus I stopped at WalMart on the way in and picked up a few items I needed, so yay for that. Shortly, I will start making supper. It’s been cold but a warmer weekend is coming, so yay for that, too!

I was cold at irk all day today. I complained enough that I was allowed to turn the heat up.
The war against the fruit flies continues. Today I brought in the heavy artillery (the vacuum cleaner). I found a few more in the worm bin, but right now there’s only a small amount of grains and coffee grounds so they had nothing to eat. The worms, on the other hand…

Lovely. Alcohol to make me feel even more nauseous. Though maybe if the person in front of me puts their seat back, I’ll accidentally puke on them. Ew. 
Nauseous and sick and scared though I get in planes, I have not yet actually thrown up in one.

Drae, are you me? Every time I get depressed, chop chop chop! The last time I cut all my hair off was when Dave died. Of course I think that my mom (who is the one that always gets uptight when I cut off my hair) just kind of expected that it would happen. And when I cut it, I always regret it. I especially regret it this time, because I got it cut so short that it’s just taking forever to grow back out. I hope I can be talked out of doing it again.
I am so crazy busy right now. The only reason that I have a minute to post is because I’m waiting for a document to upload. Ugh. Once the next two weeks are over I should have a bit more breathing room. Never student teach while having mono if at all possible.

Home from Evening Prayer over to the church house. I was Slackolyte. I left it all in one piece, so, success! In other church house related news, the Bishop is makin’ his visitation on Sunday. I have ush duty. There will probably be a bigger than usual crowd, so ush duty will really be heavy duty. Plus, we have enough funds amassed to do the official groundbreakin’ for what has been deemed “church proper,” i.e. the for real Nave and Sanctuary instead of the multi-purpose Nave/Sanctuary/Parish Hall we have now. So, yay for that!
Midget you show up with a criminal and well, sump’n’s probably gonna die.
OYKWdid stay over. Yeah, flytrap Craftman’s houses are cool what with all their builtins (like bookcases Spaz) but they are awful to heat and cool.
And on that note I shall check out a couple more things and then go get all snuggly.
