Just yesterday I was fighting against a guy with a bear. I threw my net over the bear at the very beginning, then proceeded to punch him until he stabbed me to death.
Sorry just discovered about 10 brutes wating for acceptance. Sorry guys. Have all been accepted now.
Although I notice we have about 8 brutes called Oslo-something 
I think I have one of the best skills ever. Fierce Shout I think it’s called - it scares off the pets!! 
No need to worry about getting pounded by those damn bears anymore.
Cry of the Damned. Indeed a useful ability, as far as I can tell. None of my brutes actually have it, so I have no experience actually using it. 
Glad to see I’m not the only one addicted to this game. I found this thread a couple of weeks ago and have been playing every couple of days since. I have to share one of my “brutes” with you- he’s fought his heart out to make it up to level 4 but has yet to win his first fight. Yep, level 4, no wins. Ladies and germs, meet Mr. BuckyPoop. He has agility, a net, and…that’s it. No weapons. Anyone looking for an easy win feel free to have at it.

Better than that is ‘Hypnosis’. Instead of scaring pets away, it turns them against their owner. I felt seriously bad for my poor brute when both her Bear and Dog suddenly joined up with her enemy and proceeded to maul the crap out of her.
Stupid hypnosis.
ETA: In addition to the coffee cup and trombone (a surprisingly good weapon), I’ve been beaten with a computer keyboard and bludgeoned by a torrent of flying noodle bowls.
There’s also the tennis racket, a leek and the piou-piou. One of my brutes has the piou-piou, which is a little pink animal of some sort that you throw. Very cute.
One of mine has a trombone. Pretty sweet actually, hits pretty hard and usually 2 or three times.
And my main just picked up the pokey-stick for level 9 I know I hate being against it.
Today marks the first time I have intentionally not gotten my daily allowance of fights in. Tomorrow’s forecast is more of the same.
I just have stopped being interested.
I’ve done most everything there. Four characters above LV10, one of them being the founder of a clan. Said founder of clan has finished in the top 32 of a tournament and has a wolf and dog.
I’m not impressed by bears, so I couldn’t care less about none of characters being without one.
I just don’t have much to do in the game anymore.
I don’t expect it to stay interesting very long, but it’s fun for now. Especially when your Brute does exactly as she’s supposed to.
Bleh. Out of 3 Brutes today, I won exactly 1 fight. That’s 8 defeats today, folks. For one of my guys (and he’s not bad. He really isn’t!), it was the second winless day in a row.
I don’t know why but I’m damn near obsessed with a brute getting a wolf. It’s becoming a bit of a problem. Maybe I need to seek BA or something.
I’m pretty much giving up on this. More often than not there is some reason why I can’t play. I like it, but damn, it is worse than The Dope ever was…
