pwnsall, why do you say it “sounds made up”? I said early D1 that I had an extra target for N2, which I inferred was due to a power increase role. ed has said Today that he is that power increase role. Are you saying we both made something up?

For that matter, the role Lightning Rod also sounds made up – but we have had one of those in this game.

There is an order for night actions. The most I will say about that order is that kills (including the wolf teamkill) happen after all other night actions, and night actions within each particular category are resolved essentially simultaneously as others within that category.

So **Dancecat **did have an opportunity to send a whisper before being killed. Which means either

Someone received a message from Dancecat, or
Someone blocked Dancecat.

But I didn’t pick 3 random people, I picked 3 people for whom others claimed to have received alignment information. If you’d like to make a case that either **Giraffe **or Askthepizzaguy (or both) is lying and that they received no messages, then do so.
And really, you can’t pick any 3 random people at this point and say “one of these 3 is Scum”, unless you think we have 12 Scum remaining in the game.

I will say that I was told that I will have to target two people toNight. That was before Ed made his claim.

If you received no result (ie no return PM at Dawn)
If you received a PM with no answers
If you received a PM stating “no apparent result” (it’s mentioned in the OP)

The two messages were in separate boxes leading me to believe I got the results of two whispering folks at once.

For the record, I don’t trust these results on Episkey and NAF. But there they are.

You and bufftabby have felt warm glows. I am suspecting a Whore role, if we want to trust the color. As I understand it, a Whore is normally a Scum Roleblocker. Septimus and bufftabby, did either of you get any indication whether your actions succeeded/failed/were blocked on the Night you felt the warm glow?

I didn’t get any other mod response N2, though I had a lack of apparent results N0 and N1. I don’t know why I would be targetted by Scum last Night, though. I am wondering if the difference in verbiage as to feeling protected or warm or whathaveyou might just be “cosmetic”, if you will.

For my earlier case on him plus a claim of wolf by Askthepizzaguy. It’s possible the whisper could be wrong, so I’m sorry if you flip townie. As I said yesterday regarding gnarly, I’d rather find out the old-fashioned way than worry about it day after day.

Also, this pretty much insta vote is atrocious and scummy as hell.

It reads as if Astral is trying to jump on a mislynch s/he can turn around and say “whoops someone said he was peeked wolf my bad!” and have no heat for it.

Can someone tell me if Astral jumped all over the “peeked” wolf yesterday?

I took a quick look at sangaman’s posts and saw nothing that makes me want to try to save him. If he hadn’t said what he had about nine scum and someone had highlighted his posts first, I probably would have been OK with his lynch on that alone. I’m not going to waste time dissecting the posts of someone who’s overwhelmingly likely to be lynched regardless (unless that situation changes), but his long day two post about the Krayz wagon felt overexplained (just one example; why does anyone need to waste words explaining why a wolf’s vote was scummy?):

His only remotely legitimate reason is that krayz is “pinging” him, other than that he only provides excuses for his vote. This seems very wolfy, and of course we now know that **Mahaloth **died and flipped wolf.

And this (aimed at Pizza), I doubt I would ever ping on save for pre-existing reasons to suspect sangaman, but it is awfully typical of scum to criticize non-scum power roles (without any actual teeth in it) when they do unexpected or non-traditional things.

Why would you claim vig? I understand you’re not sure if you are, but isn’t this still giving away info to the wolves kind of unnecessarily? It seems like you’re making yourself, a potentially valuable villager, an attractive target for the wolves.

Finally, being around at end of day yesterday while the Blaster/Inner thing was going on and NOT committing to either side is certainly suggestive.

So it’s not slam-dunk in my mind given the P2P context that was offered, and I will be looking at additional suspects if I can work my way out of the funk I’ve been in since about 7 pm last night, but it’s good enough.
