No. I am saying there is zero chance Astral DID peek me. There are 2 reasons:
- Because I’m town
- Because of the things Astral said about me. Put on your “I’m a detective” hat and think of how you would talk about someone that you peeked as scum. Would you say things such as “I think giraffe is more wolfy, vote giraffe”? Would you say “This could be said by any role”? Absolutely not. You would call me scum for whatever reasons you could and make sure everyone knew what you were saying when they reread you.
Yes, I mean Inner and Scuba. You were also on Gnarly early. It reads to me that you jump on gnarly after the wolf whisper, onto scuba when that cleared up, jumped onto inner and realized it would look bad and jumped back off. That 3 wagons surrounding Blaster.
Pwnsall being a villager was said by me long before I got the message. I believe his decisive vote on Blaster with the wagons being so close made it so. The message comment just cements the fact that I believe my read was correct, but has no bearing on why I believe him to be town.

Perhaps this is just another cultural clash, but “i dont want it to be a tie so I vote off wagon” seems really wolfy to me. Is this a vote reason often stated here?

I thought unvote because of tie was strange too, but I think someone else says the exact same thing not much after that
I thought **Ed **said that he felt healthy and that was Day 3. **buff **claims a warm glow on Day 2 also and **septimus **on Day 1.
pwnsall, you were explicitly told on Night 1 that you were Roleblocked?
So there were originally 2+ Mystics. Each discovered the full role of their Target, but each received results from a different mystic (in a round-robin or random fashion).
This would seem to imply that anyone claiming to have received a full role reveal is indeed a Mystic, unless there was some Redirection involved.
So far we have:
Night 1
Weedy received a message saying that TexCat was a Town Mason:
1812 - “I got a message in the night that Texcat was a mason, and town. I don’t know why I got it, because I didn’t target her.”
2100 - “Has Texact said who she targeted last night? I thought that maybe I got the info about her because she targeted me/Hirka.”
3283 - “Ed got his role (and alignment, Ed?) and PCM got someone’s role and alignment, but with the wrong name.”
3346 - “It looked like a role PM.”
Night 2
Special Ed received a message saying he was “Power Doubler”
2818 - “Last Night, I was made aware of my power.”
2832 - “I was given a complete role PM with my power outlined.”
3253 - “It was revealed to me that I am a (the?) power doubler.”
3268 - “The way my PM was presented made it appear that it was my power. Howeer, it was very clear that it as just a message that was delivered to me.”
3287 - “I got a complete role PM. Worded much like the ones showing up in the death reveals.”
3444 - “I was told explicitly. A Role PM with my name in it was delivered to me within a quote tag in a PM.”
3250 - “My name was in my “message””
Precambrianmollusc received a message saying he was an “Apothecary”
2754 - “Last night I was told I had a role (x) and an alignment (town).
However that role as described is not consistent with the results I received the night before. In addition I also recieved a result last nigh that was consistent with the prior nights result. So it appears I was told someone elses role and alignment, but it had my name at the begining.”
2878 - “The role that was revealed to me (that isnt mine even though it said it was me) is the Apothcary. They can heal or prevent someone being poisoned.”
So, there are a few things to comment on here:

[li]Ed and PCM received messaged that appeared to tell them what their own Role is, while Weedy received a message telling him what someone else’s Role is.[/li][li]PCM hasn’t actually told us what Alignment was revealed to him for the Apothecary Role.[/li][li]Ed claims that his actions and the actions of his targets are consistent with him being the Power Doubler, which would mean he is not a Mystic.[/li][li]PCM claims that his earlier results are inconsistent with him being the Apothecary. PCM, were your results consistent with you being a Mystic?[/li][li]Weedy claims to have received no results on Night 2, which is inconsistent with him being a Mystic, unless he or one of the other Mystics was blocked.[/li][/ul]
I’m not sure if any conclusions can be drawn from this or not. It seems that there is still a lot of inconsistent bahavior here

Good game guys, you got me. I had no power or internet from Saturday night until this morning and couldn’t post in this thread, but I think my fate may have already been sealed. FWIW, I wasn’t lying when I said I was shocked to look back and see the OP didn’t state the # of wolves in the game anywhere.
Thanks Gad for modding. I hope to play with you guys again (I might not play more on this board, but I’m sangaman on 2p2) and hopefully have a better showing. Good luck town, you’ll need it to catch my fellow scum partners!

We have no way of knowing if he was breadcrumbing or not so I’m really not putting too much weight on his posts regarding you. And again, just telling us the information is wrong is not much of a defense since I have no way of knowing that. The only reason I said I agreed with the suspicion of you was because of what looked like a vote on me for inconsistent reasons.
Then I guess we will have to agree to disagree of the definition of “everyone” but as I said before, I did not think Blaster was scum. Obviously I was wrong but that doesn’t make me scum. I can see how you would think my vote/unvote of Inner looks scummy so I guess all I can say is that you try to look at the other things I have done in this game and see if you think I am scum.
Personally, I don’t see this as a culture clash thing, at least not for me because this is the first game I’ve played in with this kind of tie-breaker mechanic. So what really drove my decision was the fact that a tie would leave the decision of the lynchee up to a random choice and I didn’t like that.

special ed probably got targeted by a role that reveals other roles correctly, this was a villager role in the other game
precam probably got targeted by a role that tells you your role but is wrong, this was a wolf role in the other game
probably clears precam a bit
dunno how gadrene will do it but in the other game if mystic c was roleblocked and mystic a was supposed to get his peek, mystic c still got b’s peek and mystic a got nothing
the wolves could just roleblock their own mystic then after they find out who it is to prevent village getting a peek, but weedy should have received a result last night then
