I don’t love the crackedquads case - he’s after NAF a bit hard but I don’t see a wolf being so dogmatic about anyone.

Episkey too, the whole thing seems to rest on people being sure either NAF or him has to be a wolf, but I’m not sure that’s a necessary assumption. That’s where my vote is right now but I’m open to changing it.

Think I’m going to go over lilflower’s posts again. The fact that the thread is so dead at the moment is making me wonder, surely if we had wolves in our bandwagons there’d be more discussion at the moment.

Spews Drain Bead villager. States matter of factly that DB wins when all threats to Town have been eliminated but with NAF says "apparently NAF is a villager and wins when all threats to Town Village have been eliminated. In the first underline he’s adding his own wording and the second part is his editing fail, the mod wouldn’t type “Town Village” in the role PM.

Minor nitpick but every single Villager PM that Gad has posted has this win con:

That’s not true - the village PM Gad put in the first post has " You win when all threats to the Town have been eliminated"

(I’m presuming this doesn’t violate the quoting PM’s rule since it’s posted in the thread already)

Ok, didn’t find much else for a case on lilflower frankly. The bit above is just bizarre though. Did Gad post more PM’s somewhere that I didn’t see, cos otherwise I really don’t understand what happened there?

special, I agree, there is some weird shit going on here, and I think we learn a lot as today moves on.

well Episkey, we know his role too, so we should lynch you right?

cracked: I am pretty sure it was special that pointed this out, but there is a very legitimate reason a wolf would call him a villager there. After the villager gets mislynched, there is a wolf to say “i told you so”. the funny part is, you just watched a whole bunch of us do something quite similar in the game that just ended on POG.

if this is true, then NAF should mimic zeriel and then mimic himself every night he can stay alive.

My general thoughts AORN: cracked is a wolf. He just had a really good game in the game that just ended on our other forum, I dont really have a history with him, but he seems like he has a brain.

I am not sure how things play out on this forum, but when a seer claims, we have a saying, “let the wolves resolve it for us”. If Zeriel is a seer, the wolves HAVE TO KILL HIM, or they just let him clear villager after villager, or find wolf after wolf until he wins the game.

Cracked should certainly understand this. He instead completely ignores it and continues to ride NAF. What he should have done is unvote and move on quietly.
He didnt. He is probably a wolf.

I want to say Episky is a wolf too, but I cant understand why he would give himself up for one mislynch.

Something just occurred to me, though it may be irrelevant now. I (and others?) was assuming that the TexCat-Gnarlie team got one Kill per Night, but perhaps they only got a total of one kill altogether. That would explain why only one Kill mentioned “by multiple persons.” And since those Masons did not have a private board, but rather a single 24-hour window to communicate via PM, there would otherwise be no mechanic for them to agree on a Kill target. (Unfortunately I can’t find the message where the Masons’ kill power is mentioned to see how it was phrased.)

“TexCat, you are a Mason. Each night beginning Night One, you search for your fellow mason. Should you be successful, the two of you will be informed. You will then gain 24-hour chat privileges and must choose a target to kill each night. You are a Villager. You win when all threats to Town Village have bee n eliminated.”

24 hour chat I think just means day & night, not one single 24 hour window to chat. Plus it specifically says “a target to kill each night”

Just back after the weekend and caught up.

I still don’t see irreconcilable problems with the various Night actions surrounding Ed’s doubling and **NAF’s **mimicry, that would peg NAF as Scum. I still haven’t seen any argument that either NAF or **Episkey **must be Scum other than “**Pizza **received 2 whispers, so one of them must be false”. I was leaning Scum on crackedquads on Friday, but I’m a bit taken aback by the strength of the bandwagon that’s built up in the past couple days.

I can confirm crackedquads’ Night 3 target though. He did visit lilflower.

crackedquads, what I don’t understand is why you are so certain of your Scum reads. You said that you targeted lilflower because you though she was a wolf. You received no result from your action, so it would seem you got no corroborating information. So what made you think lilflower, NAF, and Drain Bead were Wolves in the first place?

You are the presumptive lynch with just a few hours left in the Day, and so far you’ve given us no reason to believe anything you’ve said.

I will again advocate mass target reveal. Please be aware that, if this is a good idea, it is increasingly urgent. Mass role reveal can be delayed since the dead reveal their roles. In this game, knowledge of the targets of the dead is lost forever. To re-answer Suburban Plankton’s re-question it is essential to try to enforce a mass reveal so Scum can be caught in lies. I’m afraid the ongoing revealing by Townies is pro-Scum.

I’m not sure which question of mine you are answering. I don’t recall ever asking why we should do a mass target-claim (but then again, it’s been a long game).

I agree that such a mass claim is called for at this point. I’d suggest starting with the person whose head is on the block.

But I question your statement “I’m afraid the ongoing revealing by Townies is pro-Scum.” We don’t know that the people who have been revealing are Town. At least, ***I ***don’t know it; do you?
