It’s different if there is an actual defenseable case. Lynching someone because they have to die sooner or later is only a good idea on the late game or if there aren’t other good targets. The lynch of episky based on the idea that one of us must be scum is such lazy thinking it is worthless. Lazy lynches like that are too easy for scum to hide in.
And a Day 5 lynch of someone you’ve said you think is likely Town for acting in n anti-Town fashion is the best you can come up with?

AFAIK, no reasonable explanation has been offered of Episkey’s role. Still, I’d not be surprised if all three top candidates are Villagers and the Wolves are laughing at us. But we don’t want to repeat this dithering toMorrow and, even if he’s a Villager, Episkey’s death reveal may cut through some of the confusion.
Moreover, a few of the crackedquads voters are themselves on my suspect list. Frankly, my initial vote on crackedquads toDay was casual and, with other prime candidates to choose from, the subsequent bandwagon almost smells Scummy.

I think cq is the best lynch right now because I can’t come up with a good explanation of his actions that points to him being rational and townie. Is it possible that he is irrational and townie? Yes. Very. It was my initial read. But he is also the person I have the strongest pro wolf actions on. So, considering that if he is an irrational townie he us actively hurting the town cause anyway, I am willing to take that risk.

Pushing to have someone lynched without actively voting for them or calling for their lynch is a smudge. Kind of by definition.
Smudge 1) Making a mild or vague accusatory statement about a specific player but not using that statement in a case that results in a vote for that player. That’s from pour wiki, and it’s my common definition of a smudge. I thought you shared that definition.
What you’re calling a smudge is having suspicions on multiple people while only be able to vote for one of them. Perhaps you can recommend a way for me to actively vote for more than 1 person.
