That drawing style reminds me of some stuff that was on Sesame Street, most particularly the ‘Yellow Bellied Yahoo’ bit.
I remember this because my brother’s nickname amongst his friends when he was a kid was Yahoo, as it rhymed with his real name (Tahu).
