Please bare with me I do not know much about this movie or I may just be crazy and I just dreamed this once or something. I believe it was an 80’s movie or early 90’s. All I remember was there were these kids that would get inside of dryers and ride in them (dryer riding). If I’m not mistaken on of them gets cancer or something like that, maybe his hair starts falling out. That’s pretty much all I got. Anyone have an idea?

Yeah, the second half of your description sounds like it might be The Peanut Butter Solution. The first half reminded me of Explorers, from 1985, about some kids who (IIRC) build a spaceship out of garbage cans. Here’s the trailer.
No it wasn’t a fantasy type film. The kids like literally went to the laundry mat and got inside of the clothes dryers and twirled around and if I remember right this causes one of them to get sick (hair falling out,etc). I’m not positive if it was already an existing thing or the dryer caused it.
