I’m more with FCD. Never seen an episode, due to lack of motivation to hunt it down or join a series with decades of backstory I wouldn’t have a clue about.
MMMMMMMM… Sonic! ![]()
For those who are not Philistines interested, here is a link to the first part of the very first Dr. Who: An Unearthly Child.
I admit, I’m only interested in the old Dr. Who’s but only because I haven’t seen any of the new ones.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I have an afternoon to fritter away.
Man, you are so off Rosie’s Hanukkah card list!
My Thanksgivukkah present to the Whovians: a little music.
The rest of you can go on.
It’s not like she ever sent me one of her homemade kugels.
I say we lock these heathens in the Pandorica.
Kugel rates right down there with Matzoh Ball Soup and Gifilte Fish.
Go for Stuffed Cabbage, Latkes, Humus, Jerusalem Salad, Brisket and Falafel.
Would those be the appetizers or the main course?
The Pandorica’s too good for 'em.
btw - you’ve seen this, right?
I have had some of the orange I swiped from Terry. 'Twas good!
Stolen orange tastes best.

I never got into Dr Who either. I remember it used to come on PBS last at night, after (I think it was) Mystery Theatre? I liked to watch Hercule Peroit with David Suchet.
Flytrap I’m sorry for the raccoon too but rabies is always a concern in this area. I’m surprised there even was a raccoon in this neighborhood.
That’s a shame about the raccoon. Since it was rabid, it was inedible.
Time to knit. Yes, I know, you want my life…
Ah, M. Suchet’s Poirot. Truly one of the classics. He was so prim with his gloves and cane.
Dammit, now I want to watch Hercule Poirot.
Brisket is a main course. Falafal in pita is lunch or a snack.

I knew I was spelling Poirot wrong :o but I was too lazy to look it up.
Suchet was good.
Lucky me - I’m up before 5 again!!! And I got to clean dog poop off the carpet because someone couldn’t be bothered to let me know she wanted to go out. Happy Sunday…
It’s 26° and quite windy out - definitely a stay-inside day. We will go to the gym this afternoon when it opens (at 1) but otherwise, we’re playing in the basement. I have some pots to finish and my sweetie has been working on a Harley-related painting, just because. He plans to give it to the club to use as a door prize - I think it’s a way to let them all know that he does air-brushing… subtle but potentially effective.
I’ve got to sort thru my boxes of Christmas ornaments - I’ll pull out the ones that mean something to us and I’m giving the rest to my sister. There are a bunch that I’ve never touched other than to put them in the box, so no sentiment there. I’m guessing there are a dozen or so I will want to keep. Not sure why - we don’t do a tree any more. Maybe one day if there are grandkids??
Time to caffeinate.
