Natalie Harp - uh, what is going on?

Sounds like a load of crap.

This letter might be about the golf jogging in the photo.

I want to assume the story meant that she got sterile water rather than chemotherapy, but who the hell knows?

Is anyone else reminded of the movie Love Actually? In it, an aide to the Prime Minister - also named Natalie- has a big old crush on him and sends a gushy Christmas card, including an apology. Of course movie Natalie is quite attractive and sweet, and the head of state is Hugh Grant, so not even the same species as old Droopy Diapers.

Whoa, that weird capitalization in his posts are hers?

Whoa, this is all I needed to know. My (ex) friend attended Liberty. I could picture her running behind Trump’s golf cart or disposing of his soiled undies.

mmm

For a long time she didn’t even have a security clearance. Supposedly she just received one.

Snopes on the sterile water claim. It’s more plausible than I thought:

In 2008, the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority reported that bags of sterile water were being mistaken for IV solutions because of similar appearance, and that these mistakes were capable of causing serious harm to patients, sometimes even killing them. It’s unclear whether Harp suggested that such a medical error led to the development of her cancer, but in any case, Snopes could find no evidence that such a mistake could cause cancer. According to the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority, the IV error is dangerous is because sterile water can cause red blood cells to break down too soon. Based on the report’s description of a patient who survived the sterile water injection, others have survived the medical error that Harp claimed no one else had survived. The less-extreme version of Harp’s claim, in which she calls the error “notoriously deadly,” is accurate.

This is kind of amusing-- and insightful.

The president’s proclivity for surrounding himself with sycophants — and attractive young blondes — is well known.

But this relationship is pathological, and a source of great irritation among other courtiers. It is Trump distilled to his essence: cult leader and his most rabid follower, narcissist and his most flattering mirror.

Before she began to work on Trump’s restoration in 2022, Harp was an anchor at the far-right OAN and spread the gospel that the election was stolen. This winter, she was the one who posted the sickening video depicting Trump as the king of the jungle and the Obamas as apes.

The Harp saga reflects a truly weird fact about Trump. The 80-year-old president got elected, governs, provokes and seeks revenge using social media, and he was surrounded by bootlicking tech titans at his inaugural. But he still needs someone young and online to sit beside him and type his posts. Their online symbiosis raises the question of whether all those strange capitalizations are his or hers.

Who makes those restrictions? The power of classification ultimately resides with the executive.

That’s interesting, because in that insane letter Harp wrote to trump apologizing for walking on the golf course, posted above, she does randomly capitalize words just like in his posts. But I seem to remember he also used to make random dumb capitalizations in his posts during his first term, well before she became his binky. My guess is, she’s mirroring him.

Guess what the Natster was doing on January 6th??

“One of God’s special creatures…”

I guess we know who the anonymous whack-job was who ‘alterted Fox News to the Dominion Voting Systems fraud,’ huh?

[Not really, but …]

I doubt that she types all his posts, though it wouldn’t surprise me that she does many of them. I think it’s more that they share some of the same forms of illiteracy, or she may even be trying to emulate his style, in order to share in the Orange Glory of the God of the Universe, who is never wrong.

The more I hear about her, the more unstable she seems. She delayed getting a security clearance for over a year? My take on that is that she wouldn’t apply for one because failing it would mean she couldn’t be near her beloved Donald. And she had a screaming match with someone because she wasn’t to sit in the presidential car so she rode in the trunk? That’s cuckoo for cocoa puffs level insanity. I think she’s on the knife edge of madness. I can just see her like the young nanny in The Omen, standing on the Truman Balcony with a noose around her neck shouting “Look at me Donald! It’s all for you!” then jumping off. She needs professional help.

Is this the trunk of a standard car or of an SUV type vehicle? The cargo space behind the back seat of an SUV would not be really safe but as children, we used to ride in something similar in the family station wagon.

I think she fell over the edge a long time ago. The Orange One, of course, treats her with his typical compassion – he’s fine with the worship, but will discard her like a dirty diaper once she’s no longer useful.

That would account for the occasionally lucid posts that he makes, which are clearly not written by him.

This should be a good opportunity/ excuse for Mel to file for divorce.

I think she may realize this, even if only subconsciously. Hence her attempts suck up to him so bad.

The human printer thing could easily make him dependent on her—unless someone else would take up the mantel. She tweets for him. And Trump let her ride in non-decoy. She’s trying to ingratiate herself.

I would very strongly suspect that there are prenuptial agreements, which are structured to be very punitive towards her were she to be the one to file for divorce.
