I don’t recognise the text in the first paragraph. Here’s what the French text in the second paragraph says. It’s rather intimate and personal, so I’ve put in a spoiler box:

The first part seems to be the same (as far as I can tell) in Russian, in case you wouldn’t know.

Don’t know. An ex sometimes sent me messages in spanish (a third language for both of us) for no other reason than the fact she likes using this language…
