So I’m at home last night, watching the Cubs get pounded, and not in a fun way…and decided to tune in to “Making The Video” for Britney Spears’ new single “I’m a Slave 4 U”
I’m not going to like to you. This song and video shook my firm heterosexuality right to the core. Britney! Holy holy holy, lord god almighty! She was just about naked, belly dancing, shaking her little mousketeer ass, sweating, doing faux orgasm actions, grabbing her own boobs…it was crazy!
And while I’ve never had anything against her or pop music before, I’m pleased to see that this song is a slight departure from her other ‘peppy’ music, and the title, well…of course I love it. It’s still pop of course, but her thinly veiled lyrics of “I just want to dance with you tonight” and “don’t you want to dance with me, around me” are clearly…not about dancing. Nor is this video. At all, about dancing.
Dammit- I knew I should have stayed on MTV. I, too, was sick of the cubs game by 13-1, and flipping through my “favorites”, and then I landed on Britney, watched for a few seconds. Then I heard my roommate coming back from walking the dog, and I got guilty/nervous, and hustled on over to fox news. What a lamo I am.
I don’t know which is more exciting to think about,
getting turned on bythe Britney Spears video or
getting turned on byjarbabyjgetting turned on by the Britney Spears video.
It was one of those moments were I was laughing, but I was feeling nauseous all the same. Like when David whipped around and mule-kicked Matt in the nuts, and all we could do was laugh while suspecting how bad the pain would be.
Britney dances around in next to nothing showing just about everything God and a good plastic surgeon gave her? This is news? This just in: Fire is hot, and water is wet.
There are STILL people thinking she got implants? There were some good pictures here that pretty conclusively proved that she didn’t get implants, but the pics are gone now - anyway, they showed pictures from before her knee surgery where her breasts appeared exactly the same size as after it, and a picture of her laying on her back taken after she allegedly had the implants that showed her breasts flattened by gravity in a way that can’t be imitated by implants. She may not have any talent, but people who try to say she got implant surgery are deluded and don’t know much about tits.
I’m actually disappointed her career is going so well. According to that no-doubt-phony career leaked last year she was scheduled to show up in next month’s Playboy in a sorry effort to boost her sagging career.
I heard something on the news about video tapes of her and Justin being stolen? Anyone else heard this? It will be interesting to see whats on them, Im sure they’ll surface on the internet eventually.
