I’ve read that other than Big G it’ll be all new kaiju, because they don’t have the rights to all the old ones. But as far as the twins go, there’s what looks like at least an Easter Egg in the first full trailer: The Shobijan?
It’s clearly go pale antennae on either side of the head, and forelegs that appear to be behind the antennae and in front of the wings. I think I can make out compound eyes on the head also. It certainly looks like a moth-like insect to me, and not much like Rodan (even if the wings look a bit more like a pterodactyl’s).
Seriously. I thought it was just Godzilla. Now there’s flying monsters too… sweet!
The toys are starting to hit. It’s not Mothra and its body is more human…honestly it looks like the Mothman urban legend creature
Any movie in which Bryan Cranston says “I’m not crazy!” isn’t one I’m going to take even remotely seriously.
