I’m in the Show Me state! Yes, actually, I did lurk for a bit before joining, for a couple of reasons. One, to see how active the forums were. Don’t really want to be part of a forum that has little or no participation. Second, I checked the political discussions, frankly, to see how respectful folks were. Other sites I’ve been involved with have waaaay too many folks unable to hold a discussion involving political views without resorting to slinging personal insults and completely de-railing the conversations.
Hello to all the Texas folks! I lived there for a while. I had AIT in the Army at Ft. Sam Houston and was stationed at Ft. Hood for 3 years, and then lived in Killeen for bit!
