New Peanut M&Ms

I don’t like spicy things, and I don’t drink coffee, so I went with honey nut.

The artificiality of the honey flavor almost made me gag, and it left a pretty nasty aftertaste, too. So that’s one I am definitely not going to buy again.

They barely have any peanut fragments in them as it is. You can really tell a difference? Didn’t Peanut M&Ms used to be an actual peanut covered in chocolate like they showed on the commercial?

 They still are! Unlike Hershey or pretty much any other chocolate bars with almonds, which used to have whole or half almonds and now have jagged crumbs.

That is the the taste I took away from it. It wasn’t so much as honey chocolate with a peanut but honey peanut with chocolate. But that’s just me.

Mmmm I loves me some high pie.

Just so you know, the packaging on these three new flavors make it clear that you are not buying the traditional peanut M&Ms. and the M&Ms for the chili ones, themselves, are red, darker red and even darker red.

I agree. Personally I would like them to be hotter but you know they got to appeal to the masses to sell the most product to make the most profit so of course they are going to make them weak heat wise.

I tried all 3 yesterday. Despite the fact that I love very spicy food and coffee, both of those were terrible. The honey nut flavor was interesting and reminded me of Twix a little bit. I think that’s the only flavor I’ll have again.

The new gray ones are ok - a bit of a lead aftertaste, but edible.

Notes:

Someone in this thread knows what lead tastes like.
Personally I have never eaten lead but will note that the gray ones do taste like it for future reference.

Chili does seem to be winning out here. I personally hope it wins out and becomes the new flavor. (or, new flavour, if you will, gov’na)

Was talking to Diamond Dave and Eddie the other day and they thought the new ones were shit.

thanks. So i should avoid bowls of red M&Ms for a while.
