"New Posts" Glitch

I like to use the “new posts” link. I tend to bookmark the first page so that if I log off the computer during the evening I can return to reading the 300 or so new posts that accumulated since the previous day rather than getting a new set of 100 or so that had accumulated since my “last visit”.

Last night attempting to use the bookmark got me to the “Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms” page. More annoying still, after I made a post this evening trying to go “back” to the new posts page where I had started returned the same message. It’s a little annoying… I shall go back to reading forum by forum but would be very grateful if someone could make it go back to the way it used to be. :slight_smile:

Not sure how the timing on this works out relative to the UK, but from three hours ago to one hour ago the board was down while they moved it to a different provider. That (a) took it offline and (b) reset the New Posts thingy; when I logged back in and clicked on New Posts, all I got was 2 threads…

Thanks Ethilrist. I’ve just tested the going back to new threads after posting thing and had no problem but my bookmark still doesn’t work.
