But whose?
Decisions, decisions.
Just not Mom’s.

No, Castle quoted it when he was sitting in the big chair on the simulator bridge:
Oh, I thought that this was the best episode since the pilot. Just the right mix of tease, sexiness, humor, and mystery. I laughed out loud several times. So glad they’re doing the relationship right.
duh - I knew that - when he said it - and promptly forgot it.
The weapons guy was played by Armin Shimerman who was Quark on Deep Space Nine.
Truly a sweet episode. Just the right amount of cheese and tease.
And also Principal Snyder in that one Joss Whedon show.
No, he was Principal Snyder on the other Joss Whedon show.

Dollhouse had a Principal?
Maybe the other other other Joss Whedon show. Unless that’s Doctor Horrible.
StG
I figured he was reffering to buffy - I don’t recall a principal on Dollhouse or Firefly -
Simster - I think JSexton was referring to Buffy, regarding Armin Shimerman. I think Castle was referring to Firefly when he was talking about SciFi shows and says “the Joss Whedon show” as they’re walking into the spaceship at the Con.

Agreed on both counts - if we could just get Joss to do Star Trek - life would be complete.
AMEN! That was the most ridiculous element of the ridiculous subplot with the Captain. Would have been nice for Beckett to have pointed this out afterwards, at least, so he could be the dumbass who broke the doll and the dumbass who did it unnecessarily.
Molly Quinn as a bikini-clad space assassin?
I’ll be in my bunk.
Agreed on both counts. I was just borrowing Castle’s line with a slightly different context.
But which character would he kill off? McCoy? Scotty? Uhura?
That WAS eye-opening, wasn’t it? There’s something about her facial features that give her a very innocent, wide-eyed look. Baby-faced, I’d call it - it made the transformation all the more shocking.
So the series they were mocking… Andromeda, right? I mean, it was definitely a pastiche of a number of SF series, but other than Trek that seemed to be the primary inspiration.
Hmm, I didn’t see that, and I can’t say that I see it now. In fact, it almost seemed like they were being careful to avoid making it too much like any real show.
