I would be more than willing to put money on Trump not being able to articulate the relationship between chickens and eggs.
Donald posts, after a convo with Trudeau, he hasn’t seen any PROOF drugs aren’t coming across, blah, blah…then mentions he asked Trudeau when the election was, “He didn’t know! What going on with that?” Then he said ‘he realized Trudeau was using this to try and stay in power!’
How can a president be THIS stupid?
Hasn’t he got advisers?
When you tend to be a “shoot the messenger” type who already knows everything worth knowing, the remaining messengers figure out how not to get shot, which usually doesn’t include correcting the boss.
His “advisors” are those that put him in power and keep him in power, and they are either stupid enough to support him, cravenly smart enough not to get in the way…or a bit of both.
Both he and Melania knows he came first.
It’s because, as far as Trump is concerned, he always comes first.
But surely there’s someone around to point out that Trudeau doesn’t get to decide when the election is, he isn’t head of the Liberal party, who head’s government, anymore!
And also, he’s NOT running for re-election, you moron. Doesn’t anyone in the White House read a paper?
Sadly, I regret to inform the board that I can not find an image of Trump as a Minuteman and provide the punchline to the above set-ups.
When the only people being kept are “Yes Men”, then “Yes” is the word he hears, and that includes the media allowed in the White House.
I didn’t have much reason to post this article, at least not here, until I got to the end:
Van Orden referred to protests at GOP town halls as a communist technique “to push a Leftwing political agenda, not to increase our ability to communicate with our constituents.”
“People have to understand… how people associated with the communist movement and the national socialist movement used to get their way politically is they would do stuff like this, and they were called agitators,” Van Orden said
McCarthy would be so proud.
Its an excellent opportunity to make sure all those free loading wild birds take on the burden of disease.
Its not a terrible idea under normal conditions, but when the domestic fowl population is being ravaged by avian flu, I don’t think speading more around is a good idea.
We had chickens when I was a teenager. Its not effortless, but fresh eggs are pretty good. I dont have the time myself, but its not a terrible idea, except right now. Its a really terrible idea right now.
Advisors are useful only if you listen to what they say. Trump much prefers yes-men.
There is zero comprehension that there is more than one way to structure a government among the current clown-show running the US. Trump can’t properly pronounce “parliamentary system”, much less understand how it works
Of course not. There are no papers on the approved list of media/propaganda. It’s all video these days.
The wild populations are also getting ravaged - thousands of dead birds are washing up on the shores of Lake Michigan, being found in fields, etc. in my area. These events aren’t (apparently) getting national play but the local media everywhere seem to be reporting this sort of thing.
For some reason the Canada geese don’t seem to be dropping dead even though culling their numbers wouldn’t be all bad…
CUE: Accusing Canada of biologic warfare because of the avian flu and the price of eggs . . . shortly.
I actually dreamed last night that Trump openly declared war on Canada. In my dream I think it was over electrical importation/boycotting but sure, it could be claims of biological warfare.
I’m trying to imagine someone getting Trump to comprehend that the Canada goose is not Canadian.
Of course, I can’t.
He thinks a Canada goose is what he wants to do to a porn star from Calgary.
Actually, getting serious for a moment, this is false.
Trump likes getting actual paper. He’s old fashioned (or just old) like that. Remember his trial in NYC last year? Where they daily gave him a folder full of stories printed from news sites?
Of course, to minimize ketchup smears on the walls, there are staffers whose job is to print (literally print stories that he could otherwise just read off his phone) these stories for him or cut them from newspapers, if available. And only ones that flatter him and wouldn’t upset him.
He’s literally an idiot man-child. Aging, sagging body with a toddler’s brain unable to endure even simple court procedures without something to occupy what passes for his easily distracted brain.
Anybody still remember the tuberculosis outbreak that started in Kansas? Yeah, that’s still going and has spread to other states. You wouldn’t think it from consuming the traditional news media, though.
Yes, look up Natalie Harp, AKA The Human Printer, who literally follows him around printing our articles for him. I believe she also one of the people doing his tweeting.
https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/trumps-petite-personal-printer/
Harp, 32, occupies a unique role in the history of presidential campaigns: aide who travels with a portable printer (plus paper and rechargeable batteries in a large bag) whose job is to feed Trump a steady stream of information on 8.5×11″ pieces of paper. That way, the 77-year-old doesn’t have to strain his eyes on a smartphone to read all the news that’s fit to print in MAGAville
Interesting side effect:
Perhaps more than anyone else, Harp gatekeeps much of what Trump sees on social media and reads in the news
I like that.
“Steady stream of information” my left ass cheek. It’s all big font headlines, flattering photos, and mentions of the size of his…‘crowds’. Like anybody with a serious inferiority complex, he requires constant affirmation.
