“Temporarely closed”. For maintenance, apparantly.
But what a word. They rarely close it, and it will be back open soon. IT’s perfect, and should be part of the language.
Thus, I would like this to act as my official “coining claim” (as I assume the originator did it inadvertently…) 
But what about the “tempo” part? Is it rarely to a beat?

I second the motion. Good word. It’s like “five nines” without all the math overhead.

In my office, we’re asked to keep the “toliet” area clean.
At my condo, we’re periodically notified that sweeping of the underground garage will take place on such-and-such a day, and because of the dust, we might wish to move our cars “before hand.”
