I’m leveling a boom/resto druid in between trying to kit out my ret paladin. Aside: I gotta say, melee is a pain in the butt since you can’t see much of anything in the furball. Someone suggested tilting the camera so it’s more top-down – does that work for y’all?
Anyway, as a resto druid, do you use both Rejuv/Regrowth on an individual at the same time? The latter is kind of expensive at 35 and I don’t think it changes later on. I’ve been using Swiftmend to consume Rejuv when the tank dips low enough, then sticking a Regrowth on for the immediate heal and then if that still doesn’t work, praying I can get a HT off in time if there’s no Clearcasting proc. This is a lot more tetchy and burns a lot more mana than priest healing, IMO, so I’m wondering if this is the way to go as a resto druid. (gah! no shields! gah! having to wait for Swiftmend to come off cd!)

You US guys aren’t missing much, the login servers promptly died at midnight. 40 minutes later its still impossible to get in. Maybe they learn something from this in time to do the US launch better, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Oh well, servers should be up when I get back from work.
How did he steal your loot? That’s really hard to do, especially if you aren’t running in groups.
Maybe crafting or enchanting something through trade and just take the item and sell it?
On another note…anyone noticed that the guild leveling has perks?
Out of curiosity–did anyone else order the Collector’s Edition from Amazon? I ordered back on October 6th and it says “expected delivery date December 7th”, but the order status doesn’t show it has even shipped yet. I’m going to be incredibly peeved off if they don’t get it to me tomorrow.
Also, finally, with one day to go before the expansion, Ding, Crusader title! Just in time to purchase heirlooms for my baby troll rogue with all my champion’s seals. I’ll not get to play him much over the next week or two, as I’ll be spending the majority of my in-game time leveling Rahuul to 85 and running dungeons (and hopefully start running 85 heroics) to get him raid ready ASAP.
Same here. . .but I basically went ahead and ordered the digital download, too, because I anticipated it not arriving on release date, either due to Amazon’s screwiness or signature requirements. I don’t know, but he said all the right stuff and claimed I was a crybaby, get over it etc. All I know is I had engaged the Snowblind Scavenger, defeated him, bent down to pick up the loot, he came up behind me, then my stuff was gone and he went jumping off, laughing. Came back several times in WSP, with more shit, such as the kill was actually his, but how can that be since I clicked on the Scavenger, got the red circle, ran into him, he fought me and died.
So I’ll let a gm sort it out. I’m sure they can, because they researched my loss of HP when I kept losing it in WG, and restored it once.
Oddity: there’s one Abomination guard in the Undercity now (of the sort they moved out after Varimathras’s little adventure); it appears to have a Deathguard Elite keeping it on a leash. It was hanging out in the ring where the auctioneers are when I was on just now.
One Horde in Dal with one of those old looking rifles. He fired it just as I ran past him-but not at me - into a building with a vendor I had just dealt with. Never seen that before.

I’m not actually sure how to do that to be honest. His name is Fraiser and he’s on Stormrage if you know how to look it up. I was just going to manually type out the items and attributes.
My shot rotation when I’m doing dungeons (I switch to Marks):
Hunter’s Mark
Serpent Sting
Chimera Shot
Steady Shot
Steady Shot
(any procs that happen, especially Aimed Shot when it procs)
Chimera (when it is close to timing out)
rinse and repeat until Kill Shot is available, then it it twice, with Chimera whenever it gets close to having Serpent Sting timing out.
As for Glyphs:
Primes, I have Serpent Sting, Steady Shot and Kill Shot
Majors I have Disengage, Misdirection and Mend Pet
Minors I have Feign Death, Mend Pet and Revive Pet
This looks like it changed (IIRC, there used to be a US and EU build, but now only one for some reason), but I believe this is the build I was using for Marks.

Is that the guns-n-ammo shop near the flight pad, by chance? You’ll see NPCs come in to do business at times, and I know someone there tests out the wares using the targets on the wall.
FH, yes it was near the flight pad and the reason I was in there was for repair and buyback. But yeah, that sounds like what was going on, as I wasn’t attacked. Just seemed odd, thanks for explaining.
