The Gob Squad is AWESOME. If you’re Horde, they also make an appearance towards the end of the Twilight Highlands chain (starting with Patchwork Command), helping you fight your way through fairly intense Twilight’s Hammer opposition to blow some gates and clear the way to Grim Batol.

Congratulations! I got my 3rd 85 yesterday too. 
People keep asking me why I have two DKs (and now 2 85 DKs)…uh…I like DKs? 
Besides, this guy is my herber/alchemist (leveling herbing from 1-525 is ever so much more pleasant with Old World Flying) and I can muck around practicing DPS on him without messing up my raiding DK’s spec.
In my case, it’s “18 straight days of no effin’ work because nobody in their right mind books a convention right after Christmas”. My entire paycheck on the 20th is going to consist of an hour’s pay for showing up at the monthly Safety Committee meeting (where I represent my department because I drew the short straw).

No kidding. No Punctuation is about as NSFW as you can get without nudity (full or partial). Croshaw can make me blush, and I’m a veteran!
I do love me some Zero Punctuation, but it’s definitely NSFW. I mean, we’re talking not infrequent appearances of pixelated but still entirely distinguishable genitalia. And sex toys appear just as-is more than once.

Yeah, Rahuul apparently went insane. He doesn’t even have the Chef’s Hat, which would have cut down the time considerably.
ETA: I think he bought a lot of the mats, not fished them.
Well good for him if he did it…I was suspecting a fortuitous glitch.
Yeah, I wasn’t in the mood to play much Saturday or Sunday, but had recently acquired the cooking awards to purchase the South Island Iced Tea recipe, so I flew to TH, entered the inn and bought the mats (only cata recipe that does not require a drop off a mob that counts towards the achieve since the star fire espresso recipe was hot fixed out back in the first week) in batches of about 700. Then I “cooked” them and went afk to read as they slowly processed. At 2 seconds per, 4200 recipes took about 2.3 hours, not counting mat buying.
One of my guildies did the same thing, the GM (who hasn’t known him for long, we recently invaded another guild) was asking “is he insane?”
“You’re talking about a guy who does full dailies with ten characters, what was the question?”
“Never mind.”
Awh, one of my guildies beat me to getting the “Stay Classy” achievement last night. I was about halfway through level 84 on my warlock and about that far through Friendly with my guild when the achievement was announced.
Woo, got my first epic drop of the expansion! Two weeks ago, Val and Ther dropped their tanking trinket, but I let the other tank take it since he didn’t have a single +Stam trinket yet. This week, it dropped again, and it’s mine! Moohoohahaha. I’m also just a tiny sliver of JP away from being able to buy my T11 chest: I should get it tonight.

Congratulations! Don’t the epic upgrades from this expansion feel more “epic” than the last one, since they’re harder to come by?
I finally got my tank weapon last night, after having to endure two other guildies linking it in guild chat over the past couple of weeks (we have like 7 10-man progression teams in our guild). I was so happy–and it was even better because the only other person in our team who might want it, our ret paladin, was off that night so I didn’t even have to roll for it.
