Hey, they seem to have seriously jacked up the vendor sell prices of archaeology junk: Cat Statue With Emerald Eyes: 100g; Kaldorei Amphora: 5g; String of Small Pink Pearls: 10g, etc.
Also, not sure if this is an actual change or just perception, but my main with her 310% flying seems to be flying noticeably faster, as if maybe the purchased 310% wasn’t working properly before today. But again, it could just be perception, since I spent most of yesterday on toons with either no flying or only 150% flying.
If your main is a resto druid, I do not think the guild perk mount speed bonus was being properly applied to flight forms. And that was supposed to get bugfixed in the patch.
If you download the Monkeyspeed addon, it will tell you your absolute movement speed as a percentage (where 100%=unbuffed, normal runspeed). I find it’s very helpful on all my characters
I did a crapload of archaeology last week and I have several bags stuffed with artifacts to vendor today (I deliberately held on to them, once I saw mmo-champion’s announcement that they would vendor for significantly more gold). woot woot!
Double woot: there’s now an intellect+haste alchemy trinket that’s almost certainly best in slot for any caster (including mah holy priest) unless you’re doing heroic raids on a regular basis.
takes a deep breath and SCREAMS at the top of her lungs
I was doing a quest chain with the Red Dragonflight in Twilight Highlands and they stuck me on a mount and flew me to the next quest hub.
Yeah, you can probably guess it. NPCScan went off on a rare tameable (Sambas, if you were wondering). By the time I got off the damned dragon, mounted, and went back he was gone. I wish there was a way to get yourself off moving vehicles, even if it meant falling to death.
Note on Commander Springvale: Easy mode no longer works. If you try to pull him out of his room, he yells “I will not so easily fall into your trap!” and puts a huge DoT on anyone within a certain range (how wide, I don’t know; not wide enough to hit the DPS who were hanging out in the courtyard waiting to say “hi” to him).
Yeah, I swear that none of the rare spawns in Sholazar Basin ever spawned unless I was on a taxi on my way out of the zone. Then NPCScan or SilverDragon would go off, making me scream in fury.
I was getting repeatedly DC’d earlier this afternoon, but that seems to have settled down.
The reason I wrote “might have” is because, instead of him walking along the Darkshire/Duskwood Road like he did before, this time he was right outside City Hall waiting for her after she accepted the Mayor’s quest to kill him.
There were 3 guards already fighting him, but not doing any damage as far as I could see, so when she started fighting, his health meter began dropping, albeit slowly, and it took almost all her strength to put him down.
So my question, once she entered the fray, DID those guards help any at all, or was it all her?
It was pretty much all her: congratulations. In most cases, mobs hitting each other are there mostly for “landscaping realism”; there’s even cases where, if the mobs had been hitting each other as hard as they hit you, they’d be half-dead after two seconds of meeting.
There is a time and a place for selling a stack less than 20. I’ll sell Cataclysm jewels in stacks of 3 when they are needed for the daily, I sell Glyphs as single stacks for obvious reasons. But no one should be selling 40 Silverleaf or Linen Cloth in stacks of 1, use your brains people.
Ok so all paladins get Rebuke in this patch (Interrupts spellcasting and prevents any spell in that school from being cast for 4 sec., 10 sec cooldown) has this effectively made Hammer of Justice (6 second stun, 1 min cooldown) redundant in PvE?
Nah, sometimes you need to interrupt more than once in 10 seconds. Plus a stun is still better than an interrupt for obvious reasons (against non-bosses at least).
I wouldn’t say redundant - it’s always nice to have more than one extra interrupt. The Belf racial gives you a situational short-range interrupt as well. I’m likely to use them all while soloing and occasionally while grouped.
If you bought it from the trainer in Honor Hold or Thrallmar, and you’re exalted with Honor Hold or Stormwind, or Thrallmar or Orgrimmar, you get 1000g reputation discount (20%). If he wasn’t exalted or he bought the training at Valiance Keep or Warsong Hold, he paid the whole thing.
