I clicked on my portrait and I had PvP enabled. I guess I must have done that myself while I was especially bs (batshit), but I don’t remember. What I do remember is I get flagged doing 2 of the Grizzly Hills quests. Do I have to unflag myself when those are done?
Thanks

PS: About my name visibility, I guess it’s because I was so proud to be a Champ of ANYTHING, I wanted everyone to see it.
Okay, I just finished the GH dailies and I’m sitting on the Amberhill Pine Lodge landing area waiting for the 5 minutes.
Also, Rik, I’m going to wait until I get 4k HP before buying my next gear.
I need to get exalted in a whole bunch of other areas as well… as well as working on my herbalist job and beginning archaelogy.
I guess that’s it as far as an update. We’re in the last part of the scale measuring guild levels, so I’m hoping to get to level 3 before long and increasing mount speed by 10%. It’s really fun watching the progress, even though that bar seems to move hardly at all…
Nope, you’ll unflag automatically after 5 minutes (unless you manually flagged yourself).
If you jump on the gryphon taxi, that will unflag you. So just finish the quests and then take the taxi back to Dalaran, and you’ll be unflagged.
I would recommend upgrading your sword (for 3400HP), but then saving up your 4k after that. But keep checking back with the vendor to see if she’s selling the Cataclysmic Gladiator gear. Until then, your HP armor is as good as it’s gonna get.

I like all of them, but Teardrop is my favorite, with Raisa Razor in 2nd place. Great artwork, and I’m glad you’re having fun. I probably didn’t give the game much of a chance.
Teardrop has become my main character, ever since a weird glitch that popped up in February (and seems to be affecting only me) locked me out of Flaminatrix.
Did you notice one of the characters in the Solar Angels group pic is a nice German Girl? She obviously represents Earth on that “team”, but every variation I could think of on “Earth Girl” in English was already taken, so I decided to make her German, and “Erdmädchen” was born.
I’be built up my TB warden points again, and already have the ghost mount. Anything else I need to get from the quartermaster, guys? I don’t wanna ruin what Wolkie already has.
Also, how do I upgrade Silka’s gear? She’s been running around in the same armor for 2 years now!
Question: I have a 512 GeForce 9600 GT with 3-d capability. Does that mean all I need are those funky red and blue glasses to see Wolkie and Silka in all their battlin’ glory?
Unfortunately not–you’d need a 3D capable monitor. And they don’t use the red and blue glasses anymore–they use the ones like you get in the movie theaters.
Personally, they give me a headache–I don’t think the technology is quite there yet. But if you have a big electronics store near you (Fry’s or Best Buy or similar) you might be able to take a test-drive and see if you like it.
But unfortunately about half a second too late, because as I was turning to catch my taxi helicopter “Roragron” was announced as the winner. I was in Sholazar Basin and there was only one other fisherman there.
I did get the achievement “Better Luck Next Time” 16 gold and a bag full of goodies.
Is there a better place to fish?
Also, I seem to be looting a lot of spices, such as northern spices, baby spice, etc. Should I bank those?
Northern Spices are used in cooking the Northrend recipes. Think they stack up to 100 or so. If you plan to level cooking on an alt, it might be handy to have them around. Baby Spice is a fluff item…I think it makes the target appear smaller for a few minutes, but does not affect combat.
Yeah, Baby Spice is useful for those times when some idiot parked his war mammoth right on top of a daily questgiver or something…just sprinkle some on and he shrinks so you can get to the tasty Golden Question Mark (actually, for a daily questgiver, it would be the frosty Blue Question Mark).
Old Spice is a “flavor item”, in that it doesn’t DO anything except trigger a snarky message about smelling good.
