Apparently somebody, somewhere, was charged with raping a woman and has put forth the defence that he was asleep at the time. Anybody know where or when this happened? Links to news articles would be very appreciated, as I’ve spent a lot of time looking and come up null.
Or if not - does anyone remember someone putting up an equally kooky defence after being accused of some crime? These sorts of stories interest me.
