Me, and I bet they can given the Stealers are on a short week against a scrappy team playing almost every single team super tough and have zero to lose. They won’t go winless. Why not this week? There’s no unbeatable teams this season no matter how “crappy” the opponent may seem.
Not me. 1-16 or 2-15 are boring. The potential for an 0-17 record in the first 17 game season at least adds some excitement to a league obsessed with parity.
Pulling this over from the week 9 thread: is OBJ really that divisive? I think he’s a prima donna and I don’t think he’s a positive addition for the Rams, but I can’t see him creating the same passion among fans that Rodgers is right now.
As a mostly neutral Rams observer, I kind of like the possibility of a train wreck. Is he enough to turn a Rams fan into an anti-fan?
Yeah, OBJ is a diva but he’s a WR. Stafford ain’t Baker Mayfield. If OBJ can’t hack it, he’s not going to get thrown to. Simple as that. It’s a one year deal for likely not much money, so it’s low risk with potential high upside.
Can’t compare that with a prima donna QB whose ego is writing checks he expects other bodies to cash and who can’t stand not playing Mr Preening Alpha Male
I have a rules question relevant to the Ravens/Dolphins game, so figured this might be the spot to ask. I’m only going of the highlights package on Youtube, so this was probably related in the full broadcast. In the 4th Quarter the ball was passed to one of the Dolphins lineman, who as far as I could see broke the plane. but was not awarded the TD. I’m presuming he is not an eligible receiver for a pass for some reason. Can someone enlighten me?
