Ahhh, gotcha.

When the Packers gave up a first-round pick for Favre, they stated, at that time, that they had graded him as being a Round 1 talent going into the draft (allegedly, GM Ron Wolf felt that Favre was “the best player in the draft”), and thus, they felt that the trade price was reasonable. (And, obviously, that turned out to be the case.)

I admit I’m torn about the Browns. Part of me wants to see a new QB do well and become an exciting player. I loved seeing Carson Wentz rise up last year. (Even playing against my Seahawks, which the Eagles lost by the way, it was entertaining to see him make miraculous circus plays.) But part of me is comforted by the idea that the Browns will always be awful and that the NFL has at least one thing consistent.
