Bye Week: Baltimore, Chicago, Houston, Indianapolis, San Diego, Tennessee

So my Saints are a heavy favorite over Buffalo, even if Graham doesn’t play?

<checks fantasy roster–yup, starting Colston>

So far my pre-season thoughts on the Panthers aren’t too far off the mark. They’re coming together and if they can be a little more consistent they might make a little noise.

The Bucs are a mess, but unless they’ve completely quit on Schiano this could be a tricky game. Short week, on the road against a team with nothing to lose.

Brett Fave isn’t coming back :frowning:

The Bucs also have nothing to win either.

I’ve greatly enjoyed the smacking around Greg Schiano has gotten and I hope he continues to get dragged through the wringer each time his team loses until he quits and goes back to college. Go Panthers!

The NFL has enough drama queens without having to bring him back.

Nice drive by the Panthers. I like the play calling they’ve been getting the last few weeks. Really mixing it up.

But not enough QBs. Wonder what Bernie Kosar and Vinnie Testaverde are doing now?

Deangelo Williams scores the first week I didn’t start him all year. Of course.

And I picked up the Panthers defense in fantasy last night because my Ravens D is on a bye this week and I forgot to start Carolina against one of the worst offenses in football. Oops.

A pretty damning assessment of Schiano’s future at halftime. Question then isn’t if he’ll fall, but how far.

Can the Panthers win a game without scoring 30 points

Man, everyone who does not have to be in downtown St. Louis on Monday evening should be very very relieved. This has to be some sort of logistical nightmare, a so-so NFL game and WS game 5 starting within 40 minutes of each other. I would guess the Seahawks will benefit from reduced turnout, not that they need that much help in the first place.

My high school coach just retired…

Both these guys made me smile. The first guy was hilarious, he was really impressed Cam shared a ball with a ‘twin’ in the stands and kept mouthing “Wow!”.

This needs no explanation.

Oh man, my crappy Vikings in prime time for the second week in a row. I don’t think that I can watch it.

You should tweet the bag guy your picture, lieu.

Broncos at Skins. Washington’s been playing better of late, but this is going to be ugly. Probably a good time to get around to putting up those shelves…

I dunno, the Broncos defense can’t stop anyone of late, and Washington is at least moving the ball well.

Washington has lost one safety to suspension and another to injury. I suspect that Peyton Manning will be throwing the ball almost unimpeded.

@ Detroit -3 Dallas

That’s the one that really jumps out at me. Can’t see Detroit winning that game.
