Phil Dawson can’t, which is weird because from 2008-2009 he was doing it under the old rules. He’s always been a guy with a small leg though so I think he might’ve been on HGH those years.
He may set the record for 50+ FGs this year though despite it - he’s at 6 already and the record is 8. His range is only like 53 yards, but he can get him reliably.
