NFL Week 9

Jeremy Hill is the fucking man. Here’s to hoping that the Bengals don’t relegate him to secondary status just because Gio Bernard is the starter and injured and Hill is a rookie.

The Bengals seem to have a puzzling inability to actually play rookies at skill positions sometimes. There’s no puzzle surrounding Jeremy Hill. He is, and I have been saying this for awhile, a prototype NFL back in terms of size and speed and as a bonus he can catch out of the backfield like Gio can.

Hue Jackson needs to come up with more creative formations where both are on the field at the same time. There’s so many possibilities there…

I think the Rams/49ers gave us the best game of the day. A shitty team shutting down a less shitty team for a banner defensive day that ended with a last second, 3rd-down, goal line stand to decide the game on a fumble. You don’t get games closer than that.

On a 49ers note, it looks like Lattimore had started practicing this week, then skipped the sideline for this game. He is now “weighing his options”.Anyone else thinking he may be done before he ever started? That was a hell of an injury to come back from.
